Marketplace purchases and creators

Creator applications are open. Paid purchases will open after our payment setup checks are complete. Included marketplace changes remain part of your Tweaksy plan.

When paid purchases open, each paid automation costs £1 as a one-off purchase for one Tweaksy account. A purchase gives that account permission to use the reviewed version on the website shown in the listing. It does not transfer ownership or permission to resell or redistribute it. An active Tweaksy plan and the Chrome extension are required to run it. A purchase does not include a subscription, a promise of future versions, or compatibility with every future website update.

Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when the digital content is supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law. Contact hello@tweaksy.app with the order reference in your purchase history for help or a refund request. Tweaksy handles customer payments, support, refunds and disputes.

A refund removes the right to use the refunded automation and access to new copies. Remove any installed copies from your account. We may pause access to listings under a safety review. Withdrawing a listing from sale does not itself remove an existing customer's purchased version.

Anyone can create a free account and apply to become a creator. Approval is required for both the creator and each automation. Joining does not guarantee approval or sales. Only submit work you have the right to sell and license to Tweaksy for distribution to purchasers. Do not include confidential information, credentials, copied paid automations or code that breaks our acceptable-use rules. See the creator terms and earnings rules before applying.

Referral offers and account credit

Referral offers are available only when enabled in your account. The current offer gives an eligible new customer 25% off their first monthly subscription invoice and the referring account £2 of Tweaksy account credit after the referred customer's first successful paid invoice, a 14-day hold and review. The discount must appear at Stripe checkout before you pay. Later subscription invoices return to the price shown at checkout.

The new customer must claim a valid referral before their first payment and confirm their email address. One referral offer is allowed per new customer and it cannot be combined with another promotion. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificial or misleading referrals are not eligible. Share links responsibly; do not send spam or imply that you represent Tweaksy.

Rewards are pending until checked and issued. Failed, refunded or disputed qualifying payments can prevent a reward or require review. A 14-day hold is an earliest review date, not a guaranteed payment date. Approved credit is applied to the referring customer's Stripe billing balance for future Tweaksy invoices; it is not a cash payout, card refund or creator earning.
